   We strongly encourage anyone who is interested in or in need of our services to contact us. The Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health/Mental Retardation and Lycoming Children and Youth Services Agency's main office is located in the Sharwell Building, 200 East Street, Williamsport (See map). The Mental Health / Mental Retardation Program also has a Satellite office in Lock Haven at 8 North Grove Street (See map). Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Crisis Intervention and Emergency Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us at:
