Public Notice: Conclusion of the System of Care Program

The Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Programs will be concluding the System of Care and relinquishing the associated SAMHSA grant as of May 16, 2025.

This decision, while difficult, was made due to the challenge of meeting the federal grant requirements within the expected timeline. We wish to recognize and commend the System of Care staff for their dedication and perseverance in working to implement this important initiative within our region.

The System of Care model promotes a coordinated, community-based approach to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children, youth, and families. While the grant period is coming to an end, the Joinder remains committed to the core values of this model – including family partnership, individualized care planning, and cross-system collaboration.

We will continue to seek opportunities that align with our mission to support the children and families of Lycoming and Clinton counties.
