Children’s Services

Child and Adolescent Services System Program

The Child and Adolescent Service System Program, also known as CASSP, is a comprehensive system of care for youth with serious emotional disturbance and/or substance use disorders. CASSP is a voluntary free service that is available to any youth in Lycoming or Clinton Counties. This program holds “CASSP Meetings” with mental health providers, school districts, MH/ID, Juvenile Probation, Drug and Alcohol, Children and Youth Services, and the Managed Care Organization. CASSP Meetings bring together professionals from child-servicing agencies in order to empower families, prevent higher levels of care, identify community resources, collaborate, and overcome barriers.

For more information, please refer to the CASSP Brochure, the CASSP Referral Packet, or contact the CASSP Coordinator.
