About Community Care Behavioral Health, Our Managed Care Organization

If you need additional help in finding local community resources for behavioral health and/or substance use after you have referenced Community Care's website or contacted Member Services, Community Care has an additional resource to help.  They can help you and your family by:

  • Listening to your concerns related to behavioral health and substance use.

  • Providing educational support regarding the complaint and grievance process.

  • Helping you connect to community supports, available services, support groups, peer and family networks and other available county and public resources.

To determine if you are eligible for these services, your Managed Care Organization (MCO), Community Care, will utilize Medical Necessity Guidelines to see if you qualify to receive services.  In most cases, Community Care will ask your proposed agency to provide information as to why you need these services.  Community Care will review your request and make a clinical determination regarding your eligibility.

For more information on services and providers in our area, please contact Community Care Behavioral Health via their website for 24/7 support.
